It is very important that pregnant women have a diet that contains all the essential nutrients that she needs to be able to support the growing baby inside her womb.

1.   Fruits

Fresh fruits are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals which make it a healthy choice for pregnant women. They are also very low in a calorie which is good in maintaining healthy weight. You can eat them on its own or have it all mixed up for a fruit salad!
